It is a nice looking set and easy to use but "what did you say." seemed about all I could say. I can't hear a thing with this headset.I turned every thing up.the headset, the phone, I guess I'm deafer than I thought. If you have any hearing issues at all this is not the headset to get folks.
Output volume to the other party is lower than desired. There may be better headsets to be found in the price range, and could be cost effective to pay up for a better model. It's a matter of time until this jack becomes intermittent and will have to be replaced.
It worked fine for a week then the microphone started breaking up and now it does not work at all.
Usually breaking by the headpeice. I thought purchasing a more expensive headset would work out better than the previous ones I have owned, However I will go back to the under $10 sets, They all worked fine and lasted for about six months. I would not recommend this headset to anyone who uses a phone a lot. I have used this set for about three weeks and will be buying a new headset. Most of my phone conversations now have the person asking me to repeat what I said numerous times.
I like having my hands free when talking on the phone and this is a great product. Very comfortable head set, I haven't used the in your ear piece; the head band is more to my liking. I really like this head set. Has volume control and a mute on the cord.
